ASTARIGLAS® Eco Cast is a brand new range of recycled and recyclable cast acrylic sheet that can be recycled repeatedly without losing its physical properties. Today, sustainability is not just a concept, but a way of living. The idea of reducing, reusing, and recycling materials is a more productive and efficient way compared to the make-take-dispose approach, and certainly more responsible.
ASTARIGLAS® Eco Cast is produced from using acrylic waste from post-industrial scrap, the waste is then depolymerised and distilled to then produce high quality and high purity (≥ 99%) Depolymerised-MMA (DMMA). The resulting quality and durability is indentical to our ASTARIGLAS® GP Cast Acrylic sheets.
It provides superior optical clarity, weatherability, physical properties as well as chemical resistance. ASTARIGLAS® Eco Cast is also easily fabricated and currently available in Clear 1220 x 2440mm Sheets.
